Enchant weapon

The ENCHANT WEAPON spell makes you hit better. It can be cast on yourself 
or a friend to help in combatting your vicious opponents.

Usage           : psi 'enchant weapon' <target>
Cost            : 18
Duration        : 6 hours
Effect          : +2 Hitroll +2 Damroll, not usable on magical weapons

Note: Can only be used on weapons that give no bonuses, and the bonus added to the weapon is dependant upon the level of the caster.
