Fear

A placeholder for a 'fear' psi power is a hold-over from EliteMUD, or perhaps earlier. There was no code associated with this entry in the game code.

One of Wormhole's coders has creaed a psi power with a similar function, however. It is called conjure, and (if successful) causes the target to flee to an adjacent room. No classes get conjure but it could be assigned to an object such as a hypospray.
