Flay

A general combat skill. The knowledge of how to use flexible weapons such as a length of chain, a flail or a Yathoon whip-sword. Users have a greater chance of hitting their enemies when using an appropriate weapon. Only a few professions get this skill, and (at the time of writing) weapons of this type are relatively rare.
