This is one of six 'disease' powers that medics can use offensively. Each releases a different, hazardous agent against a target or group of targets. The resulting damage depends upon the target's species. (Robots and machines are not affected at all.)

Affects         : All people in the room
Damage          : Variable, depending upon target race.
                  Bonus damage based on overall knowledge of diseases.
