Intelligence

Intelligence is a player attribute, influencing the following:

Your ability to use psi powers. If your intelligence is low, there is a chance that a power will fizzle, even if you have practiced it all the way to excellent. You just can't concentrate enough!
The increase in maximum mana that you get when you level (race is also a major influence).
The amount that you improve a skill or power by, when practicing.
