Korriban
From Wormhole Sci-Fi MUD Homepage
Korriban is a place of ancient evil, scene of various atrocities perpetrated by the Sith and their masters over thousands of years.
Toady, the planet is little more than a tomb, although it has been known to become the focus of various uprisings, and attempts to pervert galactic justice. And perhaps that which resides in the tomb complex is not entirely dead...? This area is best left to high-level players. Preferably in groups!
Korriban was written by Vader, in the early days of Wormhole MUD. Being our founder and chief coder, he got busy with other game features and left the area with quite a few blank room descriptions. Artoo subsequently wrote material for the missing room descriptions. Study them carefully, and you may find clues that allow you to progress in this complex, puzzle-filled area.

Here's a little piece of Wormhole History, copied from e-mail correspondence in early 2007:
From Artoo: What are the Tusken Radiers doing on Korriban? As you may recall, I have been adding room descriptions to your old zone, since it's now officially 'open'. I'm at a bit of a loss to explain why there are nomads from Tatooine on Korriban, however. Was this cameo appearance based on one of the SW novels?
From Vader: Ah, would but I could use that excuse. I was tired of the spirits and Dark Jedis etc. and wanted something different for the surface. It is my poor imagination to blame, really. A quick glance shows, as I'm sure you already know, there are definitely better options available. [1] Sith, Tuk'ata, Terentatek and Rakata all sound fine, and more appropriate. In my defence, when I came up with the ideas for the zone, I was using "Tales of the Jedi: Dark Lords of the Sith" as my only real piece of source material.
So, there you have it.
