When cast, this spell will transport another player or mobile to the caster.

Usage           : psi 'summon' <victim>

Duration        : Instant
Cost            : 45
Save            : Save vs. Magic

Mobiles will get a saving throw. Players can "tog summon" on and off.

Note: There are restrictions on who can be summoned and from/to where.
